Pankration is a combat sport that includes all aspects of unarmed fighting. It is similar to MMA of today but is a sport that is 2,500 years old originating at the Olympics in Greece. Training includes strikes, throws, takedowns, joint locking, chokes, and groundfighting. It combines kickboxing, boxing, judo, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and submission wrestling into one program.


Kickboxing is excellent for physical fitness and self-defense. It is essential for complete martial arts training and compliments boxing, judo and jujitsu programs.

Brazilian JuJitsu

Brazillian JuJitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting with the goal of submitting the opponent.

Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is the ancient Japanese art of self-defense. It includes strikes, throws, groundfighting, joint locking and choke techniques.
